• Train service provider organizations, who work with people living with emotional and physical challenges, like HIV/AIDS, poverty, mental illness and physical disabilities, in conflict resolution strategies and skills.

• Prepare participants to conduct turn-around-trainings

Coach individual clients to

1)  work through conflicts in the coordination of continuum of care consumer plans with family members

2)  collaborate with other agencies in the delivery of coordinated services
